My Profession and My Life

It was scary deciding that helping others blossom was my thing. A part of me complained that I wasn't "there" enough. Part of my journey was to thank those thoughts for pushing me and, then, to bid them farewell.  Also, when I became transparent with my clients, they began to trust me.

My profession was an awakening.  I always wanted to be my best self. It started with connecting to my body and inner voice through acting.  Loss, motherhood, creating music, and overcoming panic pushed me to try out behavioral techniques for change.

Finally, deeper discovery came to me when I studied psychoanalysis. The truth is, I shared it all along the way and one by one friends, colleges and now clients have transformed.

Discover Your Greatest Self

There are a few very important questions:
What do I want?
What does my deeper self desire?
What do I fear?

What one wants and what the unconscious desires is often very different.  Make conscious the unconscious drives/the shadow self/ our forgotten dreams and there is more control...realizing that fear is often a wish.

Moving Mountains with Your Anger

Moving mountains with

YOUR ANGER.

Anger moves mountains.  It is the place in our emotional core where creativity is stirred.  Anger is a healthy and motivating emotion.  Unfortunately, our culture does not appreciate anger!  There is no place for anger in a culture of worker bees.  We stuff it.  We do not know how to talk about anger, integrate anger or digest it.  Anger often becomes introjected or displaced and then ends up as heart disease or war.  Try to remember the last time you were angry at someone: Did you talk to them about it comfortably?  Now try to remember a time when someone told you they were angry with you: Did you become offended, defensive, or have a barrier of your own built up resentments to fire back?  Chances are you are uncomfortable with anger.  Most of us are.

Let Yourself Blossom

LET YOURSELF BLOSSOM.

Without getting to know one’s self, life can be difficult to navigate. The dreams remain unchallenged and the next relationship ends up the same as the last. Emotions become an intolerable enemy that lead us to numb ourselves through various types of addictions. Our bodies become heavy and sick. Spontaneity slips away.

I believe, in our unconscious lies the obstacles we have created for ourselves and the answers to what is truth, fulfillment, and happiness.
